innumerable raiders on horseback. The riding area in Old Grove
attracts horse lovers. There is an indoor riding school, training
and race course. Horse racing has a long tradition, the first
classical racing event took place here in 1868. The town of
Samorin, 24 km from Bratislava, is known for breeding race and
stud horses. Horse race international championships takes place
on these race courses. In Slovakia in every small village, people
are having horses for tourist attractions and in winter is possible
